Terms:

• Event Dates are not confirmed until deposit has been paid.

• Quotes are valid for 2 weeks only.

• We require the full cost of the Venue Hire as deposit.to secure the booking.

• If you wish to cancel the event, this deposit is non-refundable. 

• The remaining costs are payable at least 14 days prior to the event date. 

• If you wish to cancel the event at this late stage (i.e. within 14 days of the event date), the full hire amount is non-refundable. 

• Additional costs, as required, would need to be authorised on the day and settled within 3 days post event, as per our standard invoicing terms.

• In a scenario where the event needs to be rescheduled, we will endeavour to accommodate alternate dates accordingly (subject to availability) and any additional costs incurred as a result will be kept to a minimum and agreed with you in advance.

 

Site Conditions:

• You agree to respect the farm site; specifically to cause no damage to the property or fixtures / fitting, not to disturb or injure the livestock or wildlife, and not to trespass into crop fields (on foot or in vehicles).

• Please note that Woodoaks is a working farm and to ensure guests dress appropriately - especially footwear. 

• Also note, as a working farm, we cannot guarantee the working schedule of the daily farm operation - i.e. there may be tractors moving around the site generally, there may be cattle in neighbouring fields, etc etc.

• We require a designated representative from your side to act as a single point of contact on the day of the event itself in case of incident. You can let us know if that would be yourself or someone else nearer the time.

• With regard to duty of care, please ensure all guests respect event staff and follow any instructions given. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guests who we deem to be excessively intoxicated. Also we operate a zero tolerance policy to substance abuse; we will eject any guests found to be contravening this policy.

• Creative Juices Brewing Company Limited are the premises licence holder for the site, and have responsibility for all bars and alcohol consumption on site.

• Please note, due to our license we are not allowed to have glass in the Barn, we use high end polycarbonate flutes which come in a range of options which incur a cleaning fee of £100.
